At James Kendall we believe in “less is more” so we make sure every property has at least 8 good quality photos, a floorplan (with the room sizes on!) and a short description on where the property is located with it’s own individual benefits.

We are able to offer an A6 double sided tri-fold brochure if required, we previously used to offer an A3 option but found after research it was very big and bulky for viewers to carry on a viewing and take away with them.

Our beautifully crafted brochures fit perfectly into a small handbag or pocket and offer superb information following or preceding a viewing.

We introduced the flexible zero week contract in 2014 which puts the client in control, most agents will tie a seller into a long period of sole agency, which protects the agent and not the seller!

Our favourite adage in the office is that ‘it is easier to remember the truth’.
Unfortunately, honesty isn’t something you’d find on the general publics perception of Estate Agents.

Our job isn’t to secure the lowest price for the buyer, but to secure the best possible price for the seller with the least amount of inconvenience.

Honest feedback is key to securing a successful sale.
On our initial appraisal appointment we will make recommendations on how to achieve the best possible price for your home.
For example refreshing any garish colours to neutral tones, garden or driveway maintenance and much more.

There is nothing more frustrating for a seller than having an incompetent sales person showing prospective buyers around their home. (Which can also be equally as frustrating for buyers too!)

    We usually aim to have around no more than 70 properties on the market at once.

    This is simply to keep our high standard of service consistent.

    We register all of our clients onto our telephone system so if you call we’ll know it’s you!

  • Out of hours email

    Many of our clients are unable to speak during the day and find themselves emailing after hours and quite often are shocked at getting a reply at 10pm in the evening.  We recognise that everyone is different so will do all that is necessary to accommodate.
